The Queensland Human Rights Commission is an independent statutory authority established by the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. Our core business is to receive and deal with complaints of discrimination and other contraventions of the Act, as well as complaints of reprisal under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010, and to promote human rights in Queensland.
