We want to know if you’ve experienced or witnessed a racist incident.

This form is NOT an official complaint and does not form part of our complaints process. This means we won’t take any specific action regarding your report, or investigate it.

If you wish to submit a formal complaint with us about discrimination or human rights, you can do so online, or find out more about making a complaint. If you’d like to talk to someone about your complaint options, you can call our enquiry line to discuss it with one of our team.

Understanding the issues facing the community will help us in our work to make Queensland safer, fairer, and more inclusive.

Experiences of racism due to the Voice referendum

If you experienced racism or harassment as a result of the national debate over the Voice you can tell us about it using the form below. We will use what you tell us to help better understand and communicate the impact of the debate on First Nations peoples in Queensland.

The Healing Foundation’s website has a list of community self-care resources for First Nations people experiencing the negative impacts of the Voice debate, including links to support services.
