Major reviews

The purpose of major reviews is to ensure human rights are protected and respected in Queensland.

      About our reviews

Conducting reviews is part of the Commission’s functions to promote an understanding of human rights and review the practices and services of public entities in relation to their compatibility with human rights. Reviews are separate from our complaint handling work and may be initiated by government referral, inquiry recommendations, or consultation with organisations or community.
