      Our approach

Creating a culture of respect for human rights requires commitment at all levels. That is why we tailor our training to meet the unique needs of individuals, organisations and communities.

      Our training is designed to:

      • raise awareness—build knowledge of rights, responsibilities, and where to find more information.
      • develop skills and capabilities—equip participants to identify opportunities and risks, to act compatibly with human rights and prevent discrimination through practical, relevant steps.
      • foster cultural change—embed human rights and respect into the vision, values and practices of organisations and communities.

We take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, centring the needs of the people and organisation, leveraging the lived experience, skills and capabilities within your organisation.

We are committed to delivering high-quality education. Every session is reviewed and evaluated to ensure continuous improvement. Upon request, we can provide a de-identified summary of participant feedback.

Our educators are available to debrief and discuss further education needs to continue to build skills and capabilities through incremental, tailored learning.
