Human Rights Act annual reports
Each year, the Queensland Human Rights Commission is required to publish a report on the operation of the Human Rights Act 2019. The report provides insight into how the Act is being used in Queensland, and how well it is achieving its objectives.
What the report covers
The report includes information about how the Queensland Parliament, courts and tribunals, and the public sector are engaging with human rights, as well as information about human rights complaints made to the Commission.
