This week, the Queensland Human Rights Commission is pleased to announce the launch of its new Education Hub.
The flagship eLearning course: Foundations: human rights for public entities, available on the newly established Education Hub is the result of a recent project undertaken by the Commission to uplift its education services.
The Education Hub will become a home for additional courses, eLearning, and other learning materials from the Commission moving forward, with all material embedded with adult learning principles, trauma-informed methods, accessibility features, device-responsiveness and other best-practice approaches for inclusive access for all users.
The recently published Education Strategy 2026-30 sets out the framework in delivering the Commission’s education services, focusing on preventing discrimination and strengthening human rights for all Queenslanders.
Our vision is to deliver leading practice education services to Queensland’s duty-bearers to build knowledge, skills, capability and leadership to drive and sustain a culture of human rights and respect across organisations in Queensland, and to continuously measure and improve our impact.
