This brochure has been developed to help public entity staff assess acts and decisions for compatibility with human rights, as per their obligations under the Queensland Human Rights Act 2019.
The brochure is A6 size when folded and A4 flat. It includes a list of all the rights protected by the Act with a brief explanation of each one, with a step-by-step process for assessing for compatibility to ensure compliance with section 13 (as per the poster above).
