Family responsibilities
Means responsibility to care for or support a dependent child or other immediate family member. -
Sex characteristics
Means a person’s physical features related to their sex, including reproductive parts, chromosomes, genes, hormones, and secondary sex characteristics. -
Association discrimination
It is unlawful to treat someone unfairly because of their association with or relation to a person who has a protected attribute.
